Emma was a superstar, she made purchasing a house exciting and informative. Emma let us know of how the process works and the time frame of each step. She looked for houses that matched our dream home and toured the houses with us. During tours she provided insight on the conditions of the houses and what were red flags to watch out for. Emma has great knowledge of home improvement and houses, her skills helped eventually find our dream home. During the closing process if we had any questions, we could always rely on Emma to answer them. I cannot thank Emma enough for everything that she did throughout the whole entire process. I highly recommend Nebraska Realty and I would recommend Emma to anyone who wants to find their dream home.

My mother used Nebraska Realty- Tim Povich - REALTOR to sell her house and was treated exceptionally well by Tim. He went way above and beyond, treating her like she was part of his family. We were first time home buyer‘s. Indiana was beyond helpful in guiding us through every single step. It felt as if she was at our beck and call to support us. We really felt that she held our best interests at heart. She was always more than happy and willing to show us several properties and would always shed good insight. We had a great experience with Nebraska Realty both buying a home in Lincoln with Scott Albers, selling in Lincoln with Cody Schaaf, and buying in Omaha with Brian Carlin! I happened to meet Noah Mitchell at an open house I went to. I was relocating from Missouri to Omaha. Noah was exemplary every step of the way, from his communication with me, to communicating with my realtor in Missouri to make every step as seamless as possible. I’m so happy I went to that open house! I feel like he was so knowledgeable about what to look out for in a house, and what were concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend Noah enough if you need a realtor in the Omaha area. And he is still in communication with me even through the deal is done!
